3. Registration and User Account

To access certain services, you must create an account and provide accurate and up‑to‑date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are provided on a project basis (one-time fees) or monthly retainer basis. Monthly retainers renew automatically unless you cancel them with 30 days notice. Project fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced, except in specific cases set out in our service agreement. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CampaignroiTracker be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service or project in question.

11. Warranties

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
